Qualifications

• Excellent end-to-end request flow with network integration.
• Deep understanding of network layers, configurations, and authentication flows.
• Platform-agnostic server administration including vendor-specific systems.
• Strong logic and scripting in automation (PowerShell, Python, Perl).
• Effective communication with senior stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and engagement skills with customers.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and services.
• Platform-agnostic troubleshooting and support for IoT/OT devices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support infrastructure PoC/RFP/RFE initiatives across diverse enterprise platforms.
• Administer applications ensuring seamless request flow and network integration.
• Manage and troubleshoot network and security configurations: routers, switches, load balancers, and firewalls.
• Perform server administration across Windows, Linux, Mac, and vendor-specific ecosystems.
• Develop automation scripts to streamline operations.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines.
• Engage stakeholders for requirements gathering and updates.
• Support and upgrade IoT/OT devices across multiple platforms.
• Work with SecDesign teams for integrated solutions.
• Ensure compliance within the firm’s Hygiene programme.
• Operate effectively in a globally distributed team.
