Job summary

Hargreaves Lansdown is seeking a Full Stack Engineer with a strong frontend focus to build, evolve and improve services and platforms that support our business and customers. You will work primarily on frontend applications using React and TypeScript, while contributing to backend services, APIs and platform capabilities when required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
• Build responsive, intuitive customer-facing user interfaces.
• Develop reusable components and contribute to frontend architecture and design patterns.
• Work with APIs and integrate frontend with backend services.
• Build and consume GraphQL and REST APIs.
• Contribute to platform capabilities for updating and maintaining customer data.
• Work across the full stack where required, including AWS technologies.
• Participate in code reviews and design discussions.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Platform and Engineering teams to deliver value.
• Leverage AI and agentic approaches to improve delivery and workflows.
