Job summary

Prevail Partners is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join the Platform & System Operations team on a permanent basis in London. The role focuses on building and maintaining the tools and platforms used by intelligence analysts, combining Databricks, AWS and Python with React on the frontend where needed.

You will help consolidate tools into a single platform and own features end-to-end. You will work closely with engineers, solution engineers, and analysts to deliver reliable software, ensure

Qualifications

• A degree in computer science, software engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven professional experience as a full stack engineer, with solid hands-on experience across backend and frontend development.
• Strong Python skills, with experience building APIs or backend services.
• Practical experience with React (or an equivalent modern frontend framework), building production user interfaces.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and cloud-native architecture.
• Comfortable working with SQL and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain full stack features across backend APIs and frontend interfaces.
• Collaborate with Solution Engineers and analysts to translate requirements into maintainable technical solutions.
• Build and maintain APIs and services on AWS that power internal tools.
• Contribute to consolidating tools into a unified platform and define shared components.
• Write clean, tested code and participate in code reviews to raise team standards.
• Own features end-to-end from design through deployment, including monitoring and support.
