Job summary

Few&Far, a fast-growing Insur-tech startup in London, is seeking a Software Engineer to join a small, high-calibre team. You will shape the platform by delivering features across backend (.NET) and frontend (React/TypeScript), collaborating with customers and product to ship end-to-end.

You will work on APIs, internal tooling and scalable services, with AI tooling integrated into the workflow. EMI share options from day one and direct impact on product direction are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience building production software.
• Full Stack experience welcome.
• Experience with modern web technologies such as .NET, React or TypeScript.
• Product-minded engineers who enjoy owning features from idea through to production.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a startup environment with ownership.
• Excited by shipping code quickly; AI tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Building product features across the backend and frontend using modern technologies.
• Developing systems that power quoting, pricing and broker workflows.
• Working directly with customers and product to ship features end-to-end.
• Building APIs, internal tooling and highly scalable platform services.
• Using AI throughout the engineering workflow to move faster and deliver better software.
• Helping shape the engineering culture in a fast-moving startup environment.
