Harnham - Data & Analytics Recruitment is seeking a Full Stack Engineer for a London-based hybrid role (Waterloo/London Bridge). You will join early-stage tech company as one of the first software hires, owning the stack from mobile apps to backend services and cloud infrastructure.

Role focuses on building scalable cloud services, shipping mobile apps, and shaping engineering processes as the team grows, with clear progression opportunities and significant equity from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Full Stack Engineer or Mobile Software Engineer.
• Experience building and shipping mobile applications.
• Cloud engineering experience with AWS and PostgreSQL.
• Proficient with Docker and GitHub.
• Experience in startup or high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop cloud backend services and infrastructure.
• Build and enhance mobile applications.
• Collaborate across mobile, cloud and connected-device environments.
• Support Bluetooth connectivity and device communications.
• Help bring software development fully in-house.
• Collaborate with founders, product and design teams.
• Contribute to architecture, scalability and engineering best practices.
• Play a key role in the growth of the software function.
