Job summary

Novata is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our London‑based Engineering team, focused on our Companies product. You will collaborate with Product and Design to scale core tooling that helps companies manage ESG data and insights.

You will own features end-to-end, contribute to architecture discussions, and mentor junior developers while expanding our UK footprint and hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience building web applications.
• Strong proficiency in React, Node.js and TypeScript.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain features across the stack for Novata’s Companies product.
• Drive projects to improve the ESG data experience for private companies (dashboards, reporting tools, data visualisations).
• Collaborate with Product, Designers, and Engineers to build robust, user-friendly experiences.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Help scale our engineering practices as the UK team grows.
• Contribute to technical documentation and mentor junior developers.
