Minerva Defence is seeking a full stack software engineer to take feature requests from frontline users and design, implement, test and ship them. You will own the work across the stack—from backend to frontend, and into networking or ML as needed.

You will work on products used by operators daily, delivering reliable updates and field testing. The role emphasizes broad ownership and a hands-on approach to learning new areas to get the job done.

Qualifications

• Proven experience shipping production software at a high standard.
• Solid grounding in backend and frontend development.
• Strong understanding of devops.
• Willingness to expand your skillset into new areas as needed.
• Willingness to be involved in field testing of features.

Responsibilities

• Lead on developing new features based on customer feedback or Minerva products.
• Work across the full stack, including backend, frontend, embedded, networking or ML.
• Ensure users get reliable, robust feature updates in a timely fashion.
