Job summary

Minerva Defence in the United Kingdom is seeking a capable full‑stack software engineer to own end‑to‑end feature development from frontend to backend, embedded, ML or networking. You will design, implement, test and ship features used by frontline operators, taking responsibility across the stack.

You will join a small, focused team building software, hardware and networking for unmanned systems, with opportunities to explore new areas and deploy reliable updates in real‑world environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience shipping production software at a high standard.
• Solid grounding in backend and frontend development.
• Strong understanding of devops.
• Willingness to expand your skillset into new areas if required.
• Willingness to be involved in field testing of features.

Responsibilities

• Take a lead on developing new features based on customer feedback or Minerva products.
• Work across the full stack including backend, frontend, embedded, networking or ML.
• Ensure reliable, robust feature updates that improve operational output.
