Qualifications

• Significant experience implementing full-stack solutions using Django and Python.
• Extensive experience with Kubernetes, Docker and Docker Compose.
• Experience using GitHub actions for CI/CD.
• Solid understanding of AWS and basic configuration tasks in AWS.
• Experience load testing and performance testing.
• Understanding of databases and SQL query optimisation.
• Experience delivering secure applications.
• Source code management and branching strategies.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Willingness to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Developing new solutions, features and driving technical excellence of existing applications.
• Deliver quality, reusable and modular code aligned to Tesco Mobile standards.
• Ensure code is documented, tested, secure, performant and maintainable.
• Collaborate with other squads and DevSecOps to ship in sprints.
• Contribute to integration and performance tests for newly developed solutions.
• Share knowledge with squad members and mentor teammates.
