Job summary

Tesco Mobile is hiring a full-stack engineer to join the Acquisitions Platform squad, developing and maintaining full-stack applications that support Tesco Mobile's customer acquisition journey. The role sits in a cross-functional team, working across sprints with a focus on secure, performant code.

The team collaborates with DevSecOps and other squads in an Agile, hybrid working model. The ideal candidate has strong Django/Python experience, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD with GitHub Actions, and

Qualifications

Significant experience implementing full-stack solutions using Django and Python.
Extensive experience with Kubernetes, Docker and Docker Compose.
Experience with GitHub Actions CI/CD.
Strong AWS experience and security-focused development.

Responsibilities

Developing new solutions, features and driving technical excellence of existing applications.
Deliver quality, reusable and modular code aligned to Tesco Mobile standards.
Ensure code is documented, tested, secure, performant and maintainable.
Work with the squad to deliver in sprints and share knowledge.
