I’m hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to join a talented, ambitious team working on an early-stage product with significant potential. The team is rebuilding a legacy industry infrastructure from the ground up, emphasizing collaboration without silos or red tape.

Location: Swindon

Working Policy: Onsite full-time, as in-person collaboration is highly valued at this early stage

Salary: Up to £100,000 (depending on experience) + meaningful equity
