I’m hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to join one of the most ambitious, talented, and genuinely brilliant teams I’ve worked with. This is a rare opportunity to work directly with proven founders on an early-stage product with huge potential. They're rebuilding the infrastructure of a legacy industry from the ground up—no silos, no red tape.

Location: Bristol

As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will work across frontend and backend to ship real features using C#, .NET, React, and Azure. You should be confident across the stack — this role offers autonomy and end-to-end ownership.

This isn’t just an engineering role. You’ll be involved in commercial decisions, product strategy, and user conversations, not just assigned tickets.
