Glot in London is seeking a versatile full‑stack engineer to help build our real-time translation platform. You‘ll work closely with the Head of Engineering or Head of AI, moving between AI, backend and frontend as the product demands.

Qualifications

• You have built things outside of class or work—side projects, hackathon wins, something you are genuinely proud of and can discuss.
• You are full stack with a backend preference and can navigate between backend and frontend as needed.
• You graduated with honours or have an equivalent signal that you are at the top of your field.
• You are curious, sharp and energized by hard problems rather than easy ones.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Head of Engineering or Head of AI across the full stack (AI, backend and frontend).
• Be versatile and move between components as the product demands in a small team.
• Contribute to building a real-time translation platform and ship resilient features.
