Job summary

Corgi is hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer in London to build internal tools and the customer-facing platform that powers underwriting, claims, and policy admin. You’ll own features end to end, create integrations with insurer systems, rating engines, and data feeds, and apply AI to accelerate delivery.

Based in London, this role focuses on shipping quickly, reducing manual work, and delivering scalable software across the stack.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software engineering work experience.
• Experience in TypeScript, Python, React, FastAPI, Django, Flask, AWS and beyond.
• Comfortable across the full stack rather than specialised into one end of it.
• Very fluent with AI development tooling.
• Built personal, startup, or professional projects.
• Experience in fintech, insurance and workflow automation is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ship to production in your first week.
• Build internal tools that remove hours of manual work from real people’s days.
• Own features end to end: schema, API, interface, deployment.
• Build and maintain integrations with insurer systems, rating engines, document generation, and third-party data feeds.
• Use AI to move faster than a team our size should be able to.
