Alethia Talent is excited to partner with Enthuse in their search for a Full Stack Engineer to join their dynamic team. Based in London, this is an exceptional opportunity to join a fast-scaling, socially-driven organisation and play a key role in revolutionising digital fundraising for charities across the UK.

What You’ll Get as a Full Stack Engineer:

• A salary of £55,000- £70,000 depending on location and experience.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you’ll pioneer the development of innovative software solutions that align with our company's goals — and also help build and grow a company of smart and passionate people. We’re looking for a full stack engineer to work with our Senior Full Stack Engineer to push the boundaries of web development. You’ll be building highly-performant, scalable B2B(2C) applications. How You’ll Contribute as a Full Stack Engineer :

• Develop fast, secure, and scalable full stack applications using Web Components (Lit), TypeScript and SolidJs.
• Push the envelope on edge computing using Cloudflare to improve delivery speed, scalability, and reliability.
• Contribute to end-to-end product delivery, from design to implementation, iterating rapidly in a high-traffic, fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate closely to create products that are both technically brilliant and user-centric.
• Build out our new suite of AI products as we evolve the platform in its next chapter

What You’ll Bring to the Role of the Full Stack Engineer:

• 2+ years of experience as an engineer/developer in the software space, building modern web applications.
• Passion for shipping fast, iterating, and continuously delivering value to users.
• Knowledge of TypeScript and Node.js.
• Experience with build tools, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows.
• Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced startup environments is a plus.
• Experience in cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and managing high-traffic environments is a plus.
• Understanding of Web Components and web standards is a plus.
• Experience with edge computing technologies (Cloudflare Workers, AWS Lambda@Edge, etc.) is a plus.
