Full Stack Developer – HealthTech Startup – Fully Remote – 6-Month Contract

I’m currently partnering with a fast-growing HealthTech startup on the lookout for a Full Stack Developer to help build out a greenfield platform that’s reimagining how patients connect with healthcare providers.

This is a fully remote role, ideal for developers who thrive in fast-paced environments and want to work on meaningful, real-world applications in the healthcare space.

Role: Full Stack Developer

Rate: £500–£550 per day (Outside IR35)

Location: Fully Remote

Duration: Initial 6-month contract (likely extension)

Tech Stack:

Frontend: React.js (with Redux or Context API)

Backend: Node.js (Express.js)

Database: MongoDB or PostgreSQL

Extras: Socket.IO, Google Calendar API, Twilio, SendGrid

Project Overview:

You’ll be joining a small, agile team to deliver a full-featured platform that includes:

Patient registration and secure login

Doctor profiles with specialties and real-time availability

Appointment scheduling with calendar integrations

Real-time doctor-patient messaging (Socket.IO)

Secure uploads for medical documents and prescriptions

Admin dashboard to manage platform users and operations

Notifications via email and SMS
