Staff Full Stack Engineer | AI Lending PaaS | Fully Remote (Must be based in UK)

We’re looking for a Staff Full Stack Engineer with expertise in Go, Node.js, React, and TypeScript to take ownership of our core architecture and product development. What You’ll Do

1. Design & build scalable full-stack applications for AI-driven lending automation
2. ️ Develop high-performance APIs and backend services using Go and Node.js
3. ️ Create sleek, intuitive UIs with React and TypeScript
4. ️ Work with AI & data teams to integrate predictive models and automation tools
5. ️ Deploy & optimize applications on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
6. ️ Own system design & architecture to ensure scalability, security, and reliability
7. ️ Set best practices for engineering, DevOps, and CI/CD in a fast-moving startup

What We’re Looking For

1. 7+ years of experience in full-stack development
2. Strong expertise in Go, Node.js, React, and TypeScript
3. Experience building scalable, event-driven architectures (Kafka, gRPC, etc.)
4. Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and DevOps practices
5. Passion for AI, FinTech, or transforming underwriting/lending services
6. ? Bonus: Experience in lending, credit risk, or financial platforms
