Job Description:

Title: Full Stack Engineer

Location: UK (Remote)

Duration: 06 months with possibility of extension

Duties

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will work in small teams in a highly collaborative environment, utilize the latest technologies, and see the direct impact of your work. Our system architects and development managers configure software packages and build custom applications, creating a foundation for rapid, cost-effective implementation that maximizes value from day one. Our development teams are small, flexible, and employ agile methodologies to quickly deliver solutions. We combine open source technologies with traditional enterprise software.

The Role:

We develop rapid prototypes in 2-3 weeks and full-scale applications within 2-3 months, working collaboratively to deliver web and mobile applications that meet business goals. Our Front-End Developers contribute across the technology stack, from database to native apps.

Skills

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Software Engineer
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Expertise with SQL databases and cloud services like Amazon RDS (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Experience with LLMs and prompt engineering
• Familiarity with GenAI services and frameworks such as AWS Bedrock, LangGraph
• Knowledge of RAG Pipeline and Vector databases
• Design and develop efficient, scalable, and secure RESTful APIs
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience deploying applications on AWS cloud platforms
• Proficiency with GitHub for version control
• Knowledge of containerization
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ownership mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Non-Technical Skills:

Passionate about technology and emerging/disruptive tech. Excellent command of English, interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, and leadership qualities. Self-starter who thrives in entrepreneurial environments.
