Job summary

Motorola Solutions UK Limited is hiring a Full Stack Engineer in Edinburgh. The role focuses on designing and building cloud-native web applications and services, delivering real-time video analytics and scalable APIs.

You will collaborate with designers and engineers to translate complex security workflows into intuitive interfaces and resilient backend components. Hybrid work model with 2 days in the Edinburgh city centre office and flexible remote days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or technical field.
• Experience with web applications and backend services.
• Proficiency in modern TypeScript-based frontend development (React/Angular/Vue).

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive front-end architectures and UIs to support real-time video analytics.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend microservices and cloud infrastructure.
• Contribute to automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and software quality practices.
