We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong commercial PHP expertise. Experience with Python is highly desirable.
You will play a key role in the design, development, and maintenance of the New Health platform and supporting infrastructure. You\'ll work closely with product, marketing, clinical, and UX teams to deliver reliable, high-performing features that directly impact business growth and patient outcomes.

AI-assisted development is a core part of our workflow. Candidates should already be proficient with tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar modern development assistants, while maintaining strong engineering judgement and the ability to work independently when required.
Our office is located in Aldbury, near Tring, in a quiet countryside setting. We are currently refurbishing the workspace with high-quality desks and chairs to create an excellent engineering environment. There is also a popular café located onsite.
While we can offer some flexibility for hybrid working (up to one day per week from home), this role requires regular in-person collaboration and is therefore primarily office-based.
