Qualifications

Responsibilities

Networks as a Service (NAAS) helps State Street’s global network team transform network and network security operations into an automated environment. The organization develops next-generation network automation architecture and products for institutional investment services.

Задачи:

• Develop full stack solutions to automate network technologies;
• Contribute to all layers of full stack applications;
• Integrate databases, including querying, joins, and optimization;
• Develop and test modular, high-quality code;
• Write automated tests and contribute to all aspects of the SDLC process;
• Deliver against requirements and acceptance criteria from the Network Infrastructure team;
• Interface with Network Engineers to understand requirements for network devices;
• Collaborate with the development team daily;
• Work within a Scrum framework and follow SDLC processes;
• Work with various infrastructure technologies and third-party products.

Требования:

• Highly experienced with Python;
• Working knowledge of full stack application technologies, including message brokers, version control, authentication, and authorization controls;
• Extensive experience communicating with other systems via RESTful APIs;
• Solid experience with web data formats including JSON and XML;
• Familiarity with front-end web development using HTML, Bootstrap, CSS, JavaScript, and React;
• Working knowledge of Agile software development and the Scrum framework;
• Bachelor’s degree;
• Collaborative and team-oriented approach;
• Analytical thinking focused on understanding what is needed rather than only how to implement it;
• Ability to work across different technical areas and learn unfamiliar subjects;
• Nice to have: web frameworks such as Django, additional programming languages, experience automating networking technologies.
