Job summary

Greenwood Capital is seeking a full-time Full-Stack Developer to join a small but growing team working on a Laravel + Vue/Inertia codebase. You will own features from API to UI and tests, with emphasis on AI-backed backend capabilities and scalable microservices.

Greenwood Capital is looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join its small but growing development team, and help build & maintain end-to-end features in our Laravel + Vue/Inertia codebase. You’ll own work from schema and API through UI and tests, on a platform used daily for workflows, third-party integrations, microservices and reporting. You’ll also help design and ship AI-backed backend capabilities that support real operational tasks — grounded in deal data, built for production and ready to scale.

Please note this is a UK-only role and we will not consider or respond to applications outside of the UK or direct from agencies.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain features across the full application tech stack
• Integrate and extend third-party API services and integrations
• Evolve the codebase into a multi-tenant SaaS platform
• Extend the use of background jobs and real-time data processing
• Ship product-facing AI that automates workflows across the lending pipeline
• Write feature/unit tests to keep changes reviewable and production-safe
• Uphold existing conventions and set new standards for product integrity

What We’re After

• Commercial experience using the Laravel framework and ecosystem
• Solid project examples using Vue 3 and Inertia.js (TypeScript preferred)

This is a full-time UK-based role with flexibility to work remotely, hybrid, or from the office in Manchester, UK, depending on your preference.

Competitive Salary
We are offering a salary of £60k p/a with room to grow as the platform evolves.

Holiday Entitlement
You’ll start with 28 days’ annual leave (including bank holidays) per annum incrementing by one day for each full year of service, up to a maximum of 30 days.
