Morson Human Resources Limited in Bristol is seeking a Full Stack Software Developer for an 18-month contract, onsite four days a week with one day remote.

You will join an international, cross-functional team building cockpit and cloud solutions across the UK, Germany and France, working in an Agile environment with architects, developers and end users from Europe, India and Canada to ship high-quality software.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a software developer with full-stack cloud-based applications.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate across distributed, multicultural teams.
• Comfort working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Pragmatic, quality-focused approach to writing and maintaining code.
• Willingness to engage in decisions spanning the full stack—from UX to backend architecture.

Responsibilities

• Write well-structured, efficient, and maintainable code and libraries for future use.
• Maintain and improve existing code, identify inefficiencies and drive solutions to remove them.
• Define the testing strategy and implement it.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud applications alongside a distributed team.
• Engage in decisions ranging from UX design to backend architecture.
• Work within Agile processes delivering reliable, production-ready code in fast-paced sprints.
• Work across modern full-stack architectures and cloud deployment pipelines.
• Collaborate daily with architects, developers, and end users across Europe, India, and Canada.
