WRITER is seeking a highly skilled fullstack software engineer to join our engineering team building AI-driven agent systems that execute autonomous workflows across enterprise applications. You’ll design, build, and scale production-ready software that integrates with enterprise data and services.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex agent concepts into robust, scalable solutions, focusing on memory, decision logic, and secure architectures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience in Python.
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices, or complex backend APIs supporting AI/agent workflows.
• Experience with AI agents or agent toolkits is highly desirable.
• Hands-on with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience integrating AI models and agent frameworks, and building production-grade software.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable agent-driven services and systems.
• Develop robust infrastructure and high-throughput APIs for AI agents.
• Integrate agent capabilities with backend services, data stores, and external APIs.
• Collaborate with product managers, AI researchers, and data engineers to ship features.
• Ensure reliability, monitoring, and CI/CD for all agent components.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and code reviews.
