Job summary

CLARK'S UK is seeking a friendly Sales Team Member to provide a great consumer experience in-store while meeting set targets. You will deliver exceptional service, stay up-to-date with product knowledge, and support KPI achievement through proactive selling.

Join us to maintain high store standards, assist customers with footwear and accessories, and work a 7-day shift pattern including weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience in retail.
• Ability to convert inquiries into sales while delivering a brand experience.
• Knowledge of products and brand history to enhance consumer engagement.
• Capable of handling cash and stock procedures with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a great brand experience and maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
• Assist in achieving store KPIs and targets through effective selling.
• Keep sales floor and back-of-house areas at high retail standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising and replenish stock as needed.
• Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends/bank holidays.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures and use in-store technology to assist customers.

About the role:

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Sales Associate to provide a great consumer experience in store whilst delivering set targets and KPIs. Effectively selling shoes and accessories through the delivery of the appropriate Clarks selling models. Support in the day-to-day maintenance of high retail standards both front and back of house.

We’re looking for someone who will:

• Consistently deliver a great brand experience, including utilising technology to enhance the consumers’ experience and keeping up to date with product knowledge.
• Support the achievement of key store KPI’s by delivering sales at target levels set by store Management team.
• Maintain the sales floor and back of house areas in order to deliver high brand and retail standards
• Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures to Company standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenish as required.
