Job summary

Clarks group is seeking a friendly Sales Associate in Glasgow to deliver a brilliant consumer experience while achieving store targets. You will sell shoes and accessories, utilise in-store tech, and stay updated on product knowledge to assist customers.

The role requires flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays, maintain high retail standards front and back of house, and help with cash handling and stock security. Join a brand with 200 years of heritage.

Qualifications

About the role:

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Sales Associate to provide a great consumer experience in store whilst delivering set targets and KPIs. Effectively selling shoes and accessories through the delivery of the appropriate Clarks selling models. Support in the day-to-day maintenance of high retail standards both front and back of house.

We’re looking for someone who will:

• Consistently deliver a great brand experience, including utilising technology to enhance the consumers’ experience and keeping up to date with product knowledge.
• Support the achievement of key store KPI’s by delivering sales at target levels set by store Management team.

• Maintain the sales floor and back of house areas in order to deliver high brand and retail standards
• Flexibility to work a7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.

• Follow cash and stock security procedures to Company standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenish as required.
