Clarks in King's Lynn is seeking a Sales Associate to provide an exceptional consumer experience in-store while helping to hit set targets and KPIs.

You will consistently maintain high retail standards, support in-store merchandising, and be flexible to work a 7-day shift pattern including weekends and bank holidays; full training and product knowledge provided.

• Support the achievement of key store KPI’s by delivering sales at target levels set by store Management team.
• Maintain the sales floor and back of house areas to deliver high brand and retail standards.
• Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures to Company standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenish as required.

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Sales Associate to provide a great consumer experience in store whilst delivering set targets and KPIs. Effectively selling shoes and accessories through the delivery of the appropriate Clarks selling models. Support in the day-to-day maintenance of high retail standards both front and back of house.

We’re looking for someone who will:
