Clarks is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in a fast‑paced retail environment. You will support the Store Manager in leading a team, driving daily operations and delivering strong customer service. A hands‑on leader who can adapt to busy shifts and weekend work is ideal.

The role blends leadership with operational management, emphasizing KPI delivery, team motivation and efficient store processes in a high‑street setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail leadership, supervisory, or keyholder roles preferred.
• Comfortable in driving KPI’s and results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Strong communication and solid organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work a 7‑day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.

About the role:
