Elevation Recruitment Group is working with a market-leading, innovative FMCG manufacturer to recruit a Fulfilment Team Leader to join their vibrant and growing team based in Worksop.

Salary: up to £45,000

Reporting into the Fulfilment Manager, the Fulfilment Team Leader will support the daily operations to ensure customer orders are delivered on time and in full.

This role is ideal for an experienced Fulfilment Team Leader passionate about promoting a people-focused culture and eager to develop themselves and their team.

Key duties include:

• Holding your team accountable for the delivery of customer orders
• Providing coaching, support, and supervision to the fulfilment team
• Monitoring and improving your team's performance and identifying training needs
• Driving continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives
• Planning resources to meet demand effectively
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic working environment
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Technical, Production, and Warehousing

Requirements:

• Previous experience leading fulfilment teams in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment (packing or distribution)
