Tesco PLC is seeking a Shift Leader to join our store team. This role offers an hourly rate starting from £14.76, rising to £15.97 in M25 stores, with a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week. You will help coordinate a front-line team and deliver great customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You'll be a hands-on leader, coaching colleagues, ensuring safe, smooth store operations, and supporting shop floor experience for shoppers across varying shifts.
