Job summary

Escape is seeking a Fulfilment & Quality Technician to join a small, purpose-driven team focused on sustainability and reducing electronic waste. You will participate in quality inspections, stock handling and CRM updates, supporting the wider fulfilment operation with a hands-on, detail-focused approach.

The role includes working in a small team, providing great customer service, and learning within a supportive environment with full training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience within a warehouse, fulfilment, manufacturing or quality environment.
• Strong IT skills with confidence using Microsoft Excel and CRM systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload.
• A positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team.
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a small team.
• Experience within electronics, manufacturing or an ISO environment would be advantageous, although full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting and checking incoming electronic components (full training provided).
• Carrying out quality checks and ensuring products meet required standards.
• Booking stock in and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Updating information on CRM and internal systems.
• Supporting picking, packing and despatch activities.
• Carrying out stock checks and maintaining accurate records.
• Following quality procedures and supporting continuous improvement.
• Working closely with colleagues to ensure excellent customer service.
