Job summary

Greenergy is recruiting for Fuel Logistics Operators to join our Tamworth operations on a 4 on/4 off shift pattern. You will coordinate deliveries, respond to queries, and work with drivers, Transport Managers, and third-party hauliers to keep daily operations running smoothly.

We value organised, adaptable people who communicate confidently and stay composed under pressure. The role requires strong IT skills and good UK geography knowledge, with a busy, hands-on environment and opportunities

Qualifications

• Excellent communication across diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to stay calm and make quick decisions in a busy setting.
• Experience in logistics, transport, or customer service is helpful but not essential.
• Basic IT/system literacy and willingness to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage delivery schedules so fuel arrives on time.
• Coordinate with drivers and the team to keep operations running smoothly.
• Handle delivery questions and last-minute changes (route swaps, delays).
• Order fuel and verify details before loading.
• Share updates with teammates and other departments to align on plans.
• Support customers by answering questions and resolving issues.
• Remain calm and act quickly in emergencies (e.g., spills).
• Take on other tasks that support the team and operations.
