Are you the type of person who enjoys regularly interacting with customers, offering support with enquiries and seamlessly converting them into sales? If so, this could be the role for you. We’re looking for candidates with great customer service skills who thrive in a busy operational environment to join our team and help us deliver our customer promise - to delight every customer, every time.

We are currently developing our product sales function to support the wider business in growing this revenue stream. This involves creating a national product sales and distribution hub, including warehousing, dedicated internal sales support, and a business development team.

We now have several opportunities for Sales Coordinators to join the team. Your role will involve quoting and transacting product sales inquiries generated by the depot network, external sales teams, hubs, and direct customer inquiries, with the goal of increasing successful product sales orders. Your duties will include:

1. Sales enquiry quotation management and conversion
2. Sales order processing and supplier PO placement
3. Customer invoice management
4. Customer relationship management
