Are you passionate about the agricultural sector?

Join a company that offers genuine progression, training, and personal development opportunities.

Where could a career with Mole take you?

About the role:

You will champion agricultural farm sales at your branch, delivering ‘Agricultural Excellence’, and coordinate with farmer shareholders and customers.

The main goal is to ‘meet and greet’ farmers and shareholders visiting the branch. The role involves promoting the full range of agricultural products to our core customers, members, and shareholders, working with retail and external sales staff, and supporting colleagues with value-added services.

What we’re looking for:

Possessing broad knowledge of UK agriculture, either from practical farm experience or an agricultural qualification, you will be a natural communicator capable of recommending suitable products and services.

You should be confident in developing sales to existing members and attracting new ones, encouraging the use of Mole Valley Farmers’ services.

Being disciplined and organized in managing your customers, planning calls, structuring prospecting activities, and delivering exceptional customer service is essential.

An AMTRA qualification is beneficial but not essential.

If you are interested and committed to our values, we would love to hear from you. You will work as part of a great team with opportunities for training and development. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • Scottish Widows contributory Pension – company matches up to 5%
  • Up to 25% staff discount in store
  • Free parking on site
  • 33 days holiday including bank holidays
  • Excellent training and development opportunities
  • Career progression opportunities
  • Salary Finance
  • Life Assurance
  • Employee Assistance Programme with Retail Trust
