Qualifications

• Experience leading field engineers in telecommunications or FTTP projects.
• Proven ability to manage performance, development and client communications.
• Experience with cost control, budgeting and achieving service delivery targets.
• Full UK driving licence with clean record (2+ years, max 6 points).
• Proactive attitude to training, safety and quality checks.
