Job summary

Leapfrog Limited is seeking a commercially focused Management Accountant to join the finance team on a fixed-term contract until May 2027. You will own key financial processes and provide insight to support operational and strategic decision-making.

You will prepare monthly management accounts with commentary, partner with operational teams, lead budgeting and forecasting, investigate variances, produce reporting and ad hoc analysis, maintain balance sheet reconciliations, and support audit

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) with management accounting experience and commercial awareness.
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting and exposure to business partnering is ideal.
• Strong analytical capability and ability to communicate financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
• Good systems knowledge including MS Office and MS Dynamics 365 or similar.

Responsibilities

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) with strong management accounting experience and commercial awareness. They will have experience in budgeting and forecasting and ideally exposure to business partnering. Strong analytical capability, confidence communicating financial information to non-finance stakeholders and good systems knowledge (including Microsoft Office and ideally Microsoft D365 or similar) are essential. The successful candidate will be proactive, organised and focused on adding value beyond core reporting.
