Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Senior Regulatory Reporting Controller in London to lead the FRTB transition and deliver regulatory reporting readiness. You will work within Global Regulatory Reporting, coordinating with Finance and IT to embed new Basel 3 requirements across the reporting stack.

The role emphasizes front/middle office data, complex calculations, and automation to achieve go-live readiness, with strong stakeholder management and change leadership expectations.

Qualifications

• FRTB knowledge across all elements and regulatory differences.
• Experience across Financial Services, Finance, Risk/Operations.
• Manage senior stakeholders and provide updates.
• Strong analytical and root-cause skills.
• PM experience with complex initiatives.
• Experience with offshore operating models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Adaptability in changing priorities.
• Knowledge of FinRep, CoRep, AnaCredit regulations.
• Experience in dynamic organisations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver transition to BAU across FRTB components in parallel run.
• Support testing and automation for go-live readiness.
• Collaborate with front office and downstream systems teams.
• Root-cause analysis of data/process issues affecting calculations.
• Lead stakeholder communications and status updates.
