Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is seeking a part-time Supervisor to help ensure the smooth operation of a major High Street brand, contracted to 30 hours per week. You will lead a frontline team, maintain high quality standards and support weekly rotas and stock checks.

The ideal candidate will have supervision experience, excellent communication and a can-do attitude, even under pressure. This role offers progression within a company that values individuality and diversity, across around 6,000 venues.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment.
• Great Customer Service through strong communication skills.
• Team player with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly.
• Supervising a team, creating a positive environment where the team feel welcomed and supported.
• Being a responsible key holder.
• Assisting with weekly bookwork and any other duties that are necessary.
• Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines.
• Placing orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levels.
• Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team are proactive at all times.
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations.
