The role |

As a Junior Front of House Manager, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support coaching and developing your team, owning your shifts, and driving performance.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about supporting and developing their team while maintaining high standards
• Is ready to run shifts, plan staffing, and coach on the go
• Has an understanding of managing labour and rotas, and is eager to learn about restaurant financials
• Recognizes great performance and celebrates successes with the team
