Lumera is seeking a Front Line Support Consultant in Bristol to support clients using pension software solutions. You will investigate issues, triage incidents, and guide customers through service requests, delivering an exceptional support experience.

This client-facing role involves collaborating with product specialists and technical teams, logging and tracking incidents in Jira, and maintaining knowledge through Confluence. Hybrid working with office presence in Bristol.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• Strong problem solving and communication with customers.
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
