Job summary

Scope is looking for an engineer who sits at the front line with clients, owning rollout and delivery end to end. You’ll be embedded with customers, run the project plan, and tailor technical solutions on site five days a week in our London office.

You are deeply technical with strong communication, capable of managing big accounts and owning outcomes rather than just a ticket. US citizenship is a plus as we grow internationally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical roles and account management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Deeply technical with end-to-end delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Own key accounts from scoping to live deployment.
• Work onsite with clients and tailor solutions.
• Manage project plans, blockers, and timelines.
• Configure and build technical pieces including workflows and integrations.
• Build trust with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
