Job summary

Palantir Technologies is seeking a Forward Deployed Enablement Engineer to embed with customer success teams, helping scale Palantir Foundry and AIP deployments for diverse clients. You will resolve complex issues, build enabling tools, and work across product, engineering, and business teams.

You’ll thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment, with opportunities to design novel solutions, contribute to internal processes, and support customers from startups to enterprises.

Qualifications

• Background in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering or STEM
• OR equivalent relevant practical experience in a technical or engineering role

Responsibilities

• Triage and respond to support requests from internal and external teams.
• Guide customer engineers and unblock their workflows on Palantir’s platform.
• Build with Foundry and AIP to enhance enablement operations.
• Collaborate with Product Development to tackle workflow problems and inform product improvements.
• Partner with Business teams to understand and meet customer needs.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for critical incidents.
• Take ownership as the first responder and coordinate needed expertise.
