Job summary

Inherent, based in King’s Cross, London, is building an AI-native talent function. You will assemble a high-impact team of researchers and engineers with close access to the founding team and help invent a new way of hiring for frontier AI.

As Talent Architect you’ll map talent globally, travel to NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR, run events, and build a unique culture of technical excellence and societal benefit while speeding the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in AI and scientific discovery.
• Ability to spot exceptional researchers from CVs, GitHub, or papers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Find people before the market does and map talent across AI for science.
• Build an elite network of researchers and engineers from top labs.
• Represent Inherent globally; travel to conferences and run events.
• Create a scalable talent architecture and referrals system within the team.
• Maintain fast, thoughtful interview experiences for candidates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve hiring processes.
