You’ll travel to conferences, build a global network, and shape a unique culture of technical excellence, societal benefit, and creative thinking.

Qualifikationen

• Experience recruiting or sourcing for research/engineering roles.
• Studied or worked in a scientific or technical field.
• Ability to build elite networks across academia and industry.
• Discretion with sensitive candidate information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Find people before the market does and map talent across post-training, AI for science and infrastructure.
• Build an elite network of researchers and engineers from top academic and industry labs.
• Represent Inherent globally by attending conferences and leading events.
• Create referrals and nurture culture of technical excellence and societal benefit.
• Maintain a fast, thoughtful interview experience that candidates remember.
• Collaborate with Faraday and the Reinventing the Factory team to improve hiring as a system.
