ClearScore is seeking a frontend focused Tech Lead to help improve the home buyer journey and build a strong frontend engineering team. You will work with other front-end developers and the broader engineering organisation to deliver a smooth user experience for Acre.

You will mentor the team, promote software engineering best practices, and shape leadership within the Frontend group over time.

Qualifications

• Strong frontend focus with React/Typescript and modern web standards.
• Experience delivering high-quality UI with component-driven architecture.
• Ability to mentor and grow a frontend team, promoting best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and test the UI for mortgage research and application processes.
• Mentor frontend engineers and promote engineering best practices across the team.
• Collaborate with wider engineering to translate business needs into tasks.
