Job summary

Delta Capita in London is seeking an experienced frontend developer to build a customer-facing web portal using Angular or React and TypeScript for a major complaints remediation programme. You will collaborate with cloud engineers, backend developers and business stakeholders on a greenfield project, contributing to frontend architecture and secure data handling, including OTP/MFA authentication.

This role is a 6-month fixed-term contract with immediate start and a hybrid working policy.

Qualifications

Experience with Angular or React and TypeScript.
Experience building customer-facing digital portals.
Experience developing applications from scratch.
Strong REST API integration experience.
Experience with OTP/MFA/SSO authentication mechanisms.
Experience handling customer data in regulated environments.
Understanding of testing, deployment, and best practices.
Ability to work independently and own frontend delivery.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain customer-facing web applications using Angular or React and TypeScript.
Build responsive, secure and user-friendly interfaces based on designs and requirements.
Integrate applications with REST APIs, authentication services and workflow platforms.
Implement customer authentication journeys including OTP and MFA.
Support secure handling of customer data, PII and bank details.
Collaborate with business, UX, product and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment and release activities.
Contribute to frontend architecture and continuous improvement initiatives.
