Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a talented frontend software engineer to build world‑class web applications for construction efficiency. You will work in a hybrid environment, participate in full software lifecycle, and apply modern web tech like React, TypeScript, HTML/CSS.

Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams, write clean code, test with Jest and Cypress, and contribute to continuous improvement and agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of frontend development experience
• Solid foundation in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React
• Experience with Jest and Cypress for testing
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows
• Familiarity with Agile environments with short release cycles
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, well‑documented code

Responsibilities

• Contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from implementation to deployment and continuous improvement
• Develop scalable, secure, high‑performance frontend applications using modern web technologies
• Translate product requirements into iterative, customer‑facing enhancements with guidance as needed
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineers across distributed teams
• Maintain high engineering standards through peer reviews, testing, documentation, and clean code practices
• Learn and apply company software engineering and agile practices; surface risks and blockers early and seek mentorship
• Leverage AI tools and modern engineering productivity techniques in daily workflows
• Participate in technical discussions and contribute to team‑level improvements
• Work in a flexible, hybrid environment using modern engineering tools and practices
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and iterative delivery cycles
