Job summary

Regional Recruitment is seeking a Front End Developer to join its growing digital team in Manchester. You will contribute to a large-scale ecommerce platform, delivering engaging, accessible and high-performing user experiences.

You'll collaborate with UX designers, product owners and back-end colleagues to develop new features, enhance existing functionality and help evolve the online offering for a broad customer base. Proficiency in React/Next.js and TypeScript is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' commercial experience in a Front End Developer role.
• Commercial experience with React and Next.js.
• Experience working with TypeScript.
• Understanding of responsive design, web performance and accessibility standards.
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Working closely with UX Designers, Product Owners, Back End Developers and commercial stakeholders, you'll be responsible for developing new features, enhancing existing functionality and contributing to the ongoing evolution of the company's digital offering.
