Charles Hunter Associates is seeking an Experienced Adult's Social Worker to join a Front Door Team in the London Area. This role requires a Social Work qualification and a minimum of three years' post-qualifying experience, with a valid UK driving licence preferred.

The team focuses on timely assessments, safeguarding, and planning support to promote independence and wellbeing, working with individuals, families, carers, and partner agencies for statutory duties.

Formación

• Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) required.
• Minimum of three years' post-qualifying experience.
• Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.

About the Team

This team is responsible for undertaking timely, person-centred assessments of Adults who may require care and support services.This Team undertakes Care Act and risk assessments to identify needs, strengths, safeguarding concerns and eligibility for support whilst working collaboratively with individuals, families, carers, and partner agencies to develop appropriate care and support plans, promote independence and wellbeing, and ensure statutory duties are met.

About you

An enthusiastic and committed Social Worker who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment is essential for this role.Social Workers must hold a Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) and have a minimum of three years' post-qualifying experience.A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are good but essential for the success of this role.
