Charles Hunter Associates is seeking an Experienced Adult's Social Worker to join a Front Door Team in the London Area. This role requires a Social Work qualification and a minimum of three years' post-qualifying experience, with a valid UK driving licence preferred.

The team focuses on timely assessments, safeguarding, and planning support to promote independence and wellbeing, working with individuals, families, carers, and partner agencies for statutory duties.

Qualifications

• Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) required.
• Minimum of three years' post-qualifying experience.
• Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.

Responsibilities

• Undertake timely, person-centred assessments of adults needing care.
• Identify needs, safeguarding concerns and eligibility for support.
• Develop care and support plans with individuals, families and carers.
• Promote independence and wellbeing; liaise with partner agencies.
